General information

VCU Parking and Transportation is now providing the evening shuttle service, which is called RamSafe. You can access it by calling 828-SAFE (7233) or at ramsafe.vcu.edu. At ramsafe.vcu.edu you will need to enter your VCU eID and password. You will then be asked to provide the following information:

  • Current pick up location and phone number
  • Desired destination
  • Number of people in your party

Once your vehicle is assigned, you can track it on your smartphone or desktop computer. If you have any questions about RamSafe, email ramtransit@vcu.edu.
